Derby Futsal Club reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour, or behaviour that does not comply with our club codes of conduct. You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at info@derbyfutsal.com.
You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
Any place in a Derby Futsal Club squad is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
All players are expected, where possible, to wear Derby Futsal Club teamwear for all training sessions, match days and events which they attend.
All players/parents are kindly asked to notify their coach or coordinator at the earliest convenience, of any absences from sessions.
You or your child must refrain from attending any session if you/they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the session.
Derby Futsal Club sessions are not refunded due to absences due to your own circumstances.
All Derby Futsal Club playing and non playing members are expected to comply with club policies for Anti-Doping, Equal Opportunities, Equality, Safeguarding and Social Media. These are available on request or by visiting our website, www.derbyfutsal.com.
